Owner and President, Charles A. Testa, CKD, CBD has brought his years of knowledge and experience in the home improvement industry into his dynamic kitchen and bath creations. He began his career as a carpentry contractor specializing in home renovations and eventually introduced his skills and creativity into the designing of unique kitchens and baths. His attention to detail and color has resulted in designs personalized to his clients’ needs and budgets. Utmost priority is given to space and use. “A kitchen is supposed to be a workspace first.” Function is a key element to all his kitchen designs. His fusion of creative design and functionality has been applauded by more than happy clients; Charles is the recipient of the NARI 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006, 2007 NYC/LI CotY award, and 2005 NARI NATIONAL, 2007 REGIONAL AWARDS. A member of both NARI and the NKBA, Charles’ projects have appeared in both regional and national magazines such as Woman’s Day, Ladies Home Journal, Good Housekeeping, Victoria, and House Magazine.

Office Manager, Lynn Luttenberger, not only maintains and runs daily activities within the office but also coordinates the tradesmen to assure timely execution of the projects from construction to finish. Years of experience in commercial sales, as well as, experience in the commercial real estate development and construction industries has given her the essentials for assisting clients with their renovation needs.

Designer/Draftsman, Peter De Sena, a former WoodMode area representative and cabinet manufacturer, shares his vast experience of design and knowledge in the industry to help create beautiful and functional kitchen and bath designs for our clients. A professional draftsman for over 35 years, Peter also is a Kitchen & Bath Designer in his own right. His input and professionalism is paramount in Island Kitchens & Baths achievement of excellence.

Designer/Draftsman, Robert Ulreich, a professional draftsman for over 30 years insures that quality and attention to detail are brought to all of Island Kitchens & Baths renderings. His expertise in the engineering field has enabled him to incorporate his knowledge of mechanical applications into our client’s designs. With keen insight and painstaking accuracy, Robert diligently produces detailed renderings that are both clean and concise. His design input is essential in Island Kitchens & Baths success.
